Matthew J. Baird, P.Eng. PMP SCPM- President
Matt is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario. He became a Project Management Professional in 2010. He has also completed Executive Development training in Financial Analysis at Cornell University and Advanced Project Management at Stanford University.
Matt has 10 years of civil engineering experience and been heavily involved in plant design and major pipeline projects in Alberta (>$2B), as well as hydro-electric dam expansion projects in British Columbia.

Halliday Pearson, P.Eng – Principal Drainage Engineer
Halliday has been a Professional Engineer since 2011 and she brings a wealth of knowledge to Crozier Baird. As a University of Western Ontario graduate, she began her career in Calgary, Alberta. As an Urban Land Consultant she managed construction of residential and industrial sewer, water and roadway infrastructure. Upon her return to Ontario, she joined Bruce D. Crozier Engineering Inc. as a Professional Engineer. Her expertise in Municipal Drainage have made Halliday a highly sought engineer in Ontario.
Halliday is an expert and is highly qualified in in all aspects of drainage and has completed over 50 drainage reports in the last 5 years. She regularly prepares drainage reports, contracts and tenders as required under The Drainage Act. Her experience in managing construction of drainage works, field inspections and presentation of drainage reports along with her modern outlook has given her an advantage in the industry.

Don Joudrey,, P.Eng. – Principal Engineer
Don has over 38 years of experience in a wide variety of engineering disciplines, the past 25 years in the Windsor/Essex County area; before that in Edmonton, Alberta.
Don has most recently been involved as Project Manager for a number of larger road projects including the temporary 4-lane diversion roads for the Herb Gray Parkway Project, the Huron Church Road Pedestrian Bridge, the Provincial/Cabana intersection improvements and Division Road/Main Street East improvements in Kingsville.
Don has been heavily involved in Land Development including preliminary planning, stormwater management, detailed design and contract administration for more than 20 developments in Essex County. Notable developments include Royal Oak at the Creek in Kingsville, Kingsbridge Subdivision in Amherstburg, Twin Oaks Industrial Park in Windsor and Chelsea Park in Lakeshore. Developments range in size to more than 250 lots. Don has also reviewed more than 50 developments on behalf of local Municipalities.
Don has been responsible for many Municipal projects including watermains, sanitary sewers and full road reconstruction throughout the County. He has also had extensive involvement in a number of Environmental assessments and has carried out a significant number of Municipal Drainage projects.

Paul Weidl, – Principal Architect
Paul is a senior Architect with over 20 years of design and project management experience on developments ranging broadly in scope, scale and complexity. He has diverse talents and sets high standards for the quality of work he creates. Paul maintains focus through the execution of all aspects of the project delivery. He has a strong understanding of the design process, the project cycle and the subtleties of managing consultants, contractors and client expectations.
Paul has been involved in many award-winning projects in which he has showcased his ability to design with excellence and sustainability in mind. He has been involved in a large scope of work including residential, commercial, recreational and health care development. He possesses a solid understanding of architectural and technical excellence.
Paul has built a reputation for innovative design and exceptional service. He is known for his design quality and strong conceptual basis derived from the specific needs and aspirations of each client.
